Catmint ‘Chartreuse on the Loose’ (Nepeta) Wall Planter Rapitest pH Soil TesterLow growing mounds of apple green foliage are loaded with lavender blue flowers that bloom early. The foliage allows for a full three seasons of interest. A second flush of flowers come in early fall even without shearing. Plants are trouble free, hardy and fragrant.
