Contrada Palui Amarone della Valpolicella, 2019 Blaufrankisch Pair it with lamb vindalooThis Amarone is made from 60% Corvina, 30% Corvinone, and 10% Rondinella, from vines grown on clay limestone soils rich in flint and black basalt. The grapes for Amarone are always dried for a few weeks before being vinified, and produce very concentrated flavors.
