it's set with a deep rock crystal cabochon - cut so its "pools" the light inside - within a border of pearls and amethyst set bail

Set with an array of bright white and vibrant blue and red gemstones, all in silver with a 9k gold back. It's beautifully made, all by hand, and remains in great antique condition with fine antique patina.
