It features two different corresponding patterns, one on each side. One side depicts ivy leaves with burgundy purpleish red berries and the opposite side has a few berries. It is very striking (pun intended ). It is hand painted over the transfer. I believe this was made as a cigarette holder, but it's a wonderful size thats perfect for holding matches, business cards,
