Bernard Baudry ‘Les Grézeaux’ Chinon Rouge, 2023 grand mayan Marie Besnard et Le Rouchefer100% Cabernet Franc from the domaine's oldest vineyard, with vines averaging 50 years old, grown on gravely clay soils. The wine is fermented with native yeasts without sulfur or temperature control, and is aged in large concrete vats for a few years. It is loaded with savory dark fruit and herbs, and will pair well with duck confit and roasted potatoes.
