Can be used over epoxy, lacquer, latex paint, oil enamel, polyurethane, varnish, and factory finishes. Can be applied over glossy surfaces without sanding. Self priming over most surfaces. Low VOC. Water based formula dries to a hard, resilient finish. Size 1
