BloodRoot Chardonnay Sonoma Coast, 2024 bonded This wine is made of100% classic California Chardonnay. Aged for 10 months in French Oak, 20% of that new. This wine is done right: picked with enough acidity to retain its freshness, and then rounded out by full malolactic conversion and a conscious use of oak treatment. Lemon curd and yellow apple goodness, perfect for grilled shrimp and fresh summer salads.
