Outward Wines 'Two Wolves Vineyard' Rosé Santa Ynez Valley, 2025 White and the island's love ofThis Grenache ros is made from grapes just outside the Happy Canyon AVA in the Santa Ynez Valley of California. The grapes were foot stomped for a gentle color extraction before being pressed soon thereafter. The juice rested in tank for a night before being transferred to neutral oak barrels, where it sat for an additional 6 months. The wine is inspired by a typical Provenal ros, crisp, light, and bursting with light red berry and lemon notes. Pair
