Bright and minerally with flavors of white peach, quince, and lemon, with a clean dry finish. Trimbach has been around since the 1600's and is approaching the 13th generation to manage the domaine. We would go crazy and pair this with chicken and waffles. Except its not crazy! As long as its rich and delicious it will be yummy with a Riesling.
