J & H Selbach ‘Incline’ Riesling Mosel, 2023 chablis A little lighter than otherThis wine is made of 100% Riesling. The Selbach Incline was produced by Johannes Selbach to simply outshine all Mosel Rieslings at, or near, its price point. The name Incline was chosen to honor the impossibly steep sloped terroir of the Mosel from which these grapes are grown. The juice is vinified in stainless steel with a slight tough of residual sugar. It is slightly off dry with striking minerality and acidity. We would pair it with a hot honey
