I was not able to find this exact slipper in an advertisement but did find ads for very similar styles and fabric dating from 1948-1951

1950s Felt Skating Skirt austrian Jacket Length: 13 1/4" Bust:1950s felt skating skirt with a pair of appliqued skates. Skirt has a waistband with a single button closure and side metal zipper. There is a piece of elastic at center back for ease. Original label is present. Fair condition. There are some smudgy type spots scattered on the skirt front, a mend near the hem and overall wear. Again, presents well and fabric and seams are sturdy. See detail photos for close ups of flaws. Spots might come out with a
