If your not using your free COPILOT AI You are missing out.
Copilot comes free with Office 365
If your currently using office 365, Copilot AI comes free, if your not already using it then it may be worth investigating how it can be utilised in your organisation.
Many businesses are already paying for Microsoft 365 but are only using a fraction of what it can do.
One of the biggest productivity improvements available today is Microsoft Copilot, Microsoft’s AI assistant that works directly within Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams and other Microsoft 365 applications. Rather than replacing staff, it helps them complete everyday tasks faster, allowing them to spend more time on work that adds real value.
Here are just a few examples of how Copilot can help:
- Outlook – Draft professional emails in seconds, summarise long email chains, and suggest replies.
- Word – Produce first drafts of reports, letters, proposals and policies from a few simple prompts.
- Excel – Analyse spreadsheets, identify trends, create charts and explain complex data without needing advanced formulas.
- Teams – Summarise meetings, produce action lists and identify who is responsible for each task, even if someone couldn’t attend.
- PowerPoint – Create presentations from existing documents or meeting notes in minutes.
- Across Microsoft 365 – Search company documents using natural language instead of manually hunting through folders.
For a small business, this can save several hours per employee each week, reducing repetitive administration and allowing staff to focus on customers and growing the business.
I’d be happy to demonstrate how Copilot could fit into your existing workflows, identify where it could deliver the greatest time savings, and explain the different licensing options available. In many cases, the increase in productivity can easily outweigh the monthly subscription cost.
If you would like to see Copilot in action, I’d be pleased to arrange a short demonstration at a time convenient to you.
